GTR Seeds EU is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The terms and conditions below, together with the policies referenced herein (these “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when you use the Services.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are of legal age in the state or region in which you reside and that you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use the Services on devices that you own, have purchased, or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our stores is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are fully authorized to provide such information.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 Our products
We have made efforts to display our products and services in our online stores as accurately as possible. However, we note that colors or the appearance of products may differ from the colors displayed on your screen due to the device you use to access the store and its settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or match the representations in our online stores.
All product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit, on a case by case basis, the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, in any geographic region, or in any jurisdiction.
Section 3 Orders
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. GTR Seeds EU reserves the right to accept or reject your order, in its sole discretion, for any reason. Your order is not accepted until confirmed by GTR Seeds EU. Acceptance of your order is subject to receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as GTR Seeds EU may not be able to honor cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address, billing address, and or phone number provided at the time of order.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal use or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 3A Returns, withdrawal and refunds (No returns policy)
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges. All sales are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Sealed seed packs (No return once opened)
Our seed products are supplied sealed with a tamper evident seal. Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)). Accordingly, if the seal is broken or removed or the product has been opened, we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds, except where required by mandatory law.
EU consumers statutory right of withdrawal (Only where applicable)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, except where a statutory exception applies. To exercise withdrawal (where applicable), email info@gtrseeds.eu with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Where withdrawal applies, goods must be returned unused and with the seal intact. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless required otherwise by mandatory law. Refunds (where applicable) will be made to the original payment method in accordance with mandatory law.
Wrong, damaged, or non conforming goods
This no returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non conforming, contact us promptly at info@gtrseeds.eu with your order number and photos so we can assess and, where required by law, provide a remedy.
Section 4 Prices and billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in the order confirmation email you receive. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices displayed do not include taxes, shipping, handling, duties, or import fees.
Prices displayed in our online stores may differ from prices in physical stores or in online stores or other stores operated by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions for the Services that may affect pricing and that are subject to terms and conditions different from these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of a promotion and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the credit card for the purchase, (iii) the charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the prices stated, including shipping and handling fees and all applicable taxes.
Section 5 Shipping and delivery
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss
If you are a consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods, unless you have chosen a carrier not offered by us. In that case, risk passes to you upon handover to that carrier. For business customers, title and risk of loss pass upon our transfer of the products to the carrier, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, service marks, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio content, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by GTR Seeds EU, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

GTR Seeds EU is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with GTR Seeds EU. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and GTR Seeds EU, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability for any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with GTR Seeds EU.
